Accessibility Statement

1. Our commitment

Torch Media Consulting Inc. wants everyone to be able to buy from us, whatever their ability or the technology they use.

We aim to meet WCAG 2.1 Level AA, the standard referenced by the European Accessibility Act, EN 301 549 and the Americans with Disabilities Act.

2. Current status

This site is partially conformant with WCAG 2.1 AA: most of it meets the standard, and some parts do not yet.

We are stating this honestly rather than claiming full conformance. Known gaps are listed below and are being worked through.

3. What we do

• Semantic HTML and landmarks so screen readers can navigate the page structure.
• Keyboard access to all interactive controls, including the cookie banner and preferences dialog.
• Text alternatives for meaningful images.
• Colour contrast checked against the 4.5:1 minimum for body text.
• Layouts that reflow at 320px and support 200% zoom without loss of content.

4. Known limitations

• Some third-party content, including the hosted payment page, is outside our direct control. We have selected providers who publish their own conformance information.
• Some product imagery carries text that is not fully reproduced in the alternative text.
