1. Who you are contracting with

By placing an order you accept these Terms. Please read them before you buy.

2. How a contract is formed

Product listings are an invitation to buy, not an offer. Your order is an offer to purchase.

The contract is formed only when we send you an order confirmation. If we cannot supply an item — for example it is out of stock or the price was clearly wrong — we will tell you and refund you in full.

We may decline an order where we cannot ship to your country, where payment is refused, or where we reasonably suspect fraud.

3. Prices, taxes and duties

Prices are shown in the currency selected on the site. Any currency other than the settlement currency is an indicative conversion; your bank's rate at the time of payment applies.

Sales tax, VAT or GST is calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and shown before you pay.

For deliveries outside our country of dispatch, import duties or customs charges may apply on arrival and are your responsibility as the importer, unless the checkout stated that they were collected in advance.

4. Delivery and risk

Delivery times and destinations are set out in the Shipping Policy.

Risk of loss passes to you on delivery. Where you are a consumer in the EU or UK, we remain responsible until the goods are physically in your possession.

If we have not delivered within 30 days of the confirmation, you may cancel and receive a full refund.

5. Cancellation, returns and warranty

You may cancel and return an order within 30 days. Your statutory rights are set out in the Refund and Withdrawal Policy and are never reduced by these Terms.

Goods must be as described, fit for purpose and of satisfactory quality. EU consumers have a two-year legal guarantee of conformity; UK consumers have the rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015; Brazilian consumers have the rights under the Código de Defesa do Consumidor.

6. Using the site

You agree not to misuse the site: no scraping at a scale that burdens the service, no attempts to breach security, no resale of digital downloads, and no use of the site for unlawful purposes.

All content, trademarks and software on the site remain our property or that of our licensors.

7. Our liability

We are liable for foreseeable loss caused by our breach of these Terms.

We do not exclude or limit liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded — including, for consumers in the EU, UK and Brazil, statutory product liability and conformity rights.

Subject to the above, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

8. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the law of Virginia, USA.

If you are a consumer, this does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory consumer law of your country of residence, and you may bring proceedings in your local courts.

Consumers in the EU may also use the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform. Consumers in Brazil may use consumidor.gov.br.
